    Rolls-Royce Starts Testing the Engines That Will Power the U.S. Army's New MV-75 Tiltrotor

    Following a short but fierce battle with competitor Sikorsky, aircraft maker Bell Textron won back in 2022 the U.S. Army contract to design the replacement for the aging UH-60 Black Hawk. The result of a program called Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) that started in 2019, the replacement is now called MV-75, and it's based on the V-280 Valor Bell has been working on for a while now.
