    But it's Art Officer!

The hybrid supercar, valued at over €300,000, arrived by crane in dramatic fashion last week, hoisted to the 7th-floor balcony of a high-end apartment block in Vienna's upscale 19th district. Owner Alexander M., a tech entrepreneur, described the stunt as turning his pride and joy into "a work of art" visible from the street, complete with custom lighting to showcase its sleek lines after dark. Neighbours and passers-by were stunned, with social media erupting in memes comparing it to a giant toy on a shelf. City officials wasted no time. Vienna's building inspectorate issued an emergency order citing the balcony's inability to support the 1,570kg mid-engine beast long-term, potential collapse risks to pedestrians below, and fire hazards from the car's lithium-ion battery pack in a confined space. Fire brigade assessments flagged evacuation nightmares and toxic fume dangers in a blaze. The owner has 48 hours to reverse the crane lift or face fines up to €50,000 and forced dismantling at his expense. This is not Vienna's first brush with automotive eccentricity. Similar balcony parking stunts have hit Lamborghinis and Porsches across Europe, from Monaco to Milan, often ending in court battles over zoning laws and public safety. Alexander claims he secured engineer sign-off and structural reinforcements, but inspectors disagree, pointing to outdated load limits on the 1980s building.
